A Chronicle of Amy and Sean's World Travels

Kodachrome

Kodachrome
They give us those nice bright colors
They give us the greens of summers
Makes you think all the world’s a sunny day, Oh yeah
I got a Nikon camera
I love to take a photograph
So mama don’t take my Kodachrome away

The pictures are just beautiful. Enjoying the photo albums also. Feels like you are right there. Is that shoes in the fifth picture? You don’t see anything like that here.

So you know I am a sucker for the photographs, right? And I am a sucker for tea. I loved the pictures of the tea and the street scenes, but I can’t stop laughing at the VERY LAST PHOTO! Cows on TOP of a van. CLASSIC and FREAKING AWESOME! I wanna be there!

I am not sure who is shooting these, but the picture of your room where the foreground is dark and the bed and interior is lit, could be in a contest! If your blog doesn’t get picked up, your photographs should!

I hope all is well in the tummy area. Did you grumble about “over indulgence in food and drink”? I think of that still and laugh (sorry Aim). I could just see you doubled over and mumbling that to the boys, who I am sure were less than sympathetic.

When do you head to Egypt? South Africa? The Safari? I can’t wait to see you both at the pyramids, even though they weren’t on Amy’s must see list.

    Take care and be safe!
    love
    Danielle

Patty, I don’t think they’re shoes ~ I’m wondering if they’re pieces of fabric stuck in tubes. We should have a contest, LOL! What has impressed me about Morocco the most is the intensity of the colors. I want to know what #4 is above ~ buckets of spices, teas, dye powders? Amy, inquiring Moms want to know! Please 🙂

Your photos of Marakesh are gorgeous! The colors are so vibrant. Very cool!
I am totally enjoying your blog and your photos. Hope you dont get any more food poisoning. Not good!
Thanks again for sharing your travels with us and thanks to your mother for allowing us all to couch travel with you. 🙂
    Happy Trails..
    Todd

    #4 are spices
#5 are shoes (Fabric in tubes? Huh?)

Thanks, Danielle! I took the room picture. I think you over exaggerate, but I appreciate it nonetheless.

The tummy area is currently better, although we had one day in Meknes confined to the hotel room again. It was much, much worse than overindulgence in food or drink!!! I haven’t felt that sick in a very, very long time.

No over exaggeration here Amy! I really do think that your pictures are AMAZING! When you get home, I’ll help you get them situated….. maybe you could start up a website selling prints. A gallery opening, followed by a highly anticipated website, followed by a ton of orders of people who want what you shot 🙂 Just keep shooting from your virgin eye….. those pictures are always the best!
